Screwing Up

Don’t be afraid to screw up. If you plan on screwing up, it means that you have decided to do it. And doing is good.

Your biggest regrets are the ones that you did not swing your bat for. If you want to start a company, do it. If you want to quit your job, do it. If you want to change careers, move to another place, take a break - what are you waiting for? Yes, you might screw up. But you tried. This world has not seen a great man without a massive screw up to his name.

Try not to follow the path set for you and do the mundane. Forge your own. I know. You have reasons and responsibilities. But who doesn’t? There should be some way. There is always a way. Thinking about things that might or might not happen just stalls progress and pushes you away from doing something.

The world is not going to look down favourably when you do screw up. You are going to be termed a failure. But remember this - If you want to accomplish things in your life, you have to be willing to fail. Over and over again.

Every journey has a first step. Take it. Be dauntless. Be bold.
